05 / FAQ

Good questions. Clear answers.

A little clarity before we begin.

What happens after I submit?

Your enquiry is saved securely and you receive a private Digital Opportunity Report. A consultation helps refine the direction before any separately reviewed proposal.

Do I need an existing website?

No. For a new website, the report uses your business answers. If you provide an existing website, we try to inspect a limited sample of its public HTML pages.

What can a website review tell me?

It can identify page titles, headings, links and other HTML signals. It does not measure rankings, speed, visual mobile usability or conversions. Inaccessible sites can be reviewed manually.

What if I don't know my ideal audience?

Start with your offer, location and the customers you already know. We suggest a working hypothesis for you to confirm or refine, not a claimed research result.

How is the project scope agreed?

We discuss your goals, content and functionality, check feasibility and agree the scope, revisions and timing before you commit.

Who supplies content and branding?

You supply content and assets you have rights to use. Tell us what is missing so we can discuss the support you need.

Can I return to my report?

Yes, with the full private access link. Anyone with that link can view your report, so keep it safe.

Are the portfolio entries real client work?

Not yet. Every placeholder is labeled; no results or testimonials are fabricated.
