Information we collect

Project enquiries include contact information, business and customer context, website goals, requirements and timing. Avoid sensitive personal data or identifiable customer details; describe customer groups rather than naming individuals.

Public website reviews

When you provide an existing website and consent, we attempt to inspect a limited sample of publicly accessible HTML. We do not log in, access private pages or execute website scripts. Public address checks use a DNS resolution service. Page evidence and your report are saved with your enquiry. Website observations do not establish actual search rankings, speed or conversions.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in Lovable Cloud. Only assigned administrators can browse full lead records. Private report links show the associated report, not contact details or internal planning information. Anyone with your report link can read that report.

Local drafts

Project answers, never contact-stage details, are stored in this tab when available and removed after successful submission. You can clear your draft. Avoid entering sensitive information in free-text answers. Private report access may also be saved for this browser session.

Notifications and retention

App emails are not configured and no marketing mailing list is active. The owner must specify retention, a privacy contact, rights and legal basis before publication; no compliance guarantee is asserted.
