Consultations and reports

A Digital Opportunity Report is a preliminary discussion aid, not an approved proposal or commitment. Audience hypotheses are not verified research. Public HTML observations are limited to the pages listed and do not establish rankings, speed or conversion performance.

Scope and approval

Projects begin only after separate scope and agreement approval. Functionality, integrations, revisions and timing must be confirmed individually. A report does not automatically authorize work or charges.

Content and timing

Clients must provide accurate content and assets they have rights to use. Requested launch dates are not guarantees; content delays and scope changes require review.

Items requiring legal review
